heart attack chest pain

hello, beautiful souls. today i'm going to do few videos. i'm going to answer some questions. i just want to say that i decided to wearsarong for this video. this is batik sarong.

heart attack chest pain

heart attack chest pain, it's belong to my late mom. i kinda miss her, so i figured out why notwearing it for the videos. she's a tough woman. i adore her.

although when i grow up, we were not in agood relationship but before she passed away, few years before she passed away, we becamebest friends. i hope this would bring some uniqueness andthe loving-ness that she have with me in this video. i have a question about anxiety here. how do i breathe during anxiety attack orpanic attack when i couldn't even breathe? it make sense that you going to have rapidbreathing during anxiety. and it is true that during that particularmoment is very difficult for you to breathe consciously because your body kinda like takeover that process.

so what you can do is, when i mentioned aboutbreathing consciously, what it means is the first step when you experience rapid breathingis you are aware of that breathing. you are aware that your body is breathingrapidly. you are not forcing your body to breathe differently. you just aware your body is breathing rapidly. so your awareness is empowering. the moment you aware that your body is breathingrapidly, your awareness align with your body and breath rapidly, and then slowly take controlof the breathing back. slowly you can slow down the breathing andtake a deep breath and exhale.

that's how you take control of the body (breathing). the body have to do what it has to do. it has it's own intelligence but we have awareness. and that awareness is very powerful. so you bring your awareness towards your breathing. when you have anxiety attack or panic attackand you cannot breathe, be aware that you cannot breathe. then with that awareness, slowly take controlof your breathing. so i hope this answer help for those who experienceanxiety or panic attack.

take control of your breathing through yourawareness. thank you.
